i1juta88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Platform operation. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party infrastructure outages may result in temporary Platform unavailability. i1juta88 shall not be liable for losses attributable to such unavailability.
Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
